Marjorie was raised in California and then moved to Texas when she was 18. While pursuing her Business Marketing degree at the University of North Texas, she worked full-time, building a strong foundation rooted in discipline, balance, and commitment. Throughout her career, she has honed her strengths in client communication and relationship building, spending many years succeeding in sales with a style defined by patience, transparency, and professionalism.

Her connection with Karl began lightheartedly, starting as a joking plan to encourage a move that unexpectedly turned into a lifelong partnership. Now married with two daughters, Marjorie stays busy with family life, local involvement, and embracing new opportunities.
