Jorge plays a key role in keeping daily operations organized, efficient, and moving forward seamlessly.

 Ben has called North Texas home for more than a decade and brings a strong background in home finishes and painting to every client interaction. He enjoys using his knowledge to guide homeowners toward improvements that make their spaces more comfortable, functional, and visually appealing.

Marjorie Pickens Founder

Marjorie was raised in California and then moved to Texas when she was 18. While pursuing her Business Marketing degree at the University of North Texas, she worked full-time, building a strong foundation rooted in discipline, balance, and commitment. Throughout her career, she has honed her strengths in client communication and relationship building, spending many years succeeding in sales with a style defined by patience, transparency, and professionalism.

Her connection with Karl began lightheartedly, starting as a joking plan to encourage a move that unexpectedly turned into a lifelong partnership. Now married with two daughters, Marjorie stays busy with family life, local involvement, and embracing new opportunities. From supporting her children’s school to organizing meaningful family getaways, she approaches everything with intention, warmth, and enthusiasm.
